  7. Does someone dressed in civilian clothing load items from the scene into a CHP Duffel bag?
  8. At what point is that same bag loaded into a vehicle and by whom.
  9. At what point in the video do warning cones get placed and by who?
  10. When are the semi-trucks hazard lights turned on and when were they turned off?
  11. Was the man that was flown away showing signs of "Minor" or "Major" Injuries.
